The Sociovocational Integration (SVI) program (My Job, My Career, My Future) is a free, hands-on program that offers pathways that offer semi-skilled trade certifications, optional high school credits, and ongoing employment support. Its three core pillars cover every aspect of personal and professional growth: My Job provides career support to enter the workforce; My Career builds long-term job success; and My Future fosters independent living by teaching essential life skills.

There are many pathways to complete a program at ETSB to help adult learners achieve their academic and career goals. From the dual-track 2-4-U Program (Concomitance)—which combines high school credits with trade training—to customizable full-time and part-time schedules, learners can tailor their studies to fit their lives. Additional options include work-study opportunities to earn income while gaining hands-on industry experience, Recognition of Acquired Competencies (RAC) to turn life experience into official diplomas, and the Adult Education on the Road outreach initiative, which brings personalized guidance, tutoring, and registration support directly into local communities.
