General Directorate
Provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the school board. This team oversees key governance initiatives, including the Commitment-to-Success Plan.

Ensures compliance, transparency, and sound governance across the organization. Responsibilities include annual reports, complaints management, Council of Commissioners and Governing Board support, Central Parent Committee management, school elections, records management and archives, as well as by-laws, policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Manages internal and external communications to keep stakeholders (staff, students and parents) informed and engaged. This includes handling media requests, producing newsletters, and maintaining the school board website.

Coordinates safe and efficient student transportation. Services include bus information, bus passes, delay notifications, out-of-basin transportation requests, school locator tools, and support for walkers.

Oversees the organization’s financial management and taxation responsibilities. This team manages taxes, finances, accounts payable, and financial reporting and documentation.

Supports employees through personnel management, payroll administration, salary and benefits services, and absence management. The department also oversees career opportunities, recruitment, and Bill 47 requirements and inquiries.

Maintains and improves school facilities to ensure safe, functional, and welcoming learning environments. Responsibilities include building maintenance, air and water quality monitoring, and facility and grounds upkeep.

Provides specialized support to help all students achieve success and reach their full potential. Services include individualized inclusive learning support, programs for students with special needs, and coordination of the Special Education Advisory Committee.

The team provides pedagogical guidance, professional development, homeschooling support, implementation of the Quebec Education Program (QEP), learning resources, community partnerships, and support for school-based projects and initiatives.
