Commitment-to-success Plan

The Commitment-to-Success Plan is produced by every school board and centre de services scolaire in the province. It provides a portrait of the educational institution and lays out its objectives and orientations. It offers information such as the number of students or staff, the graduation rate, the unique challenges faced or some of the most important topics for the organization.

Its purpose is to provide an account of both the Eastern Townships School Board’s (ETSB) identity and goals for the determined period. The document therefore defines the demographics of ETSB’s communities, statistics on the strengths and challenges particular to it, as well as the expectations of its clientele. It also determines goals in terms of orientations, educational pillars, and specific targeted indicators enabling the measuring of said goals.

This project must reflect strategic planning and goals for a specified four-year period consistent with those of the Ministère de l’Éducation du Québec (MEQ).
